This information may include:

• App version
• Operating-system version

  1. AI-ASSISTED FEATURES AND OPENAI

StandardMint includes optional AI-assisted artwork features.

When you choose to use an AI-assisted feature, information you intentionally submit for that feature may be transmitted to OpenAI. Depending on the feature, this may include:

• Your artwork prompt
• Design instructions
• A reference image you choose to provide
• Information concerning the requested coin side, shape, material, or style
• Generated image content
• Information needed to perform automated content-safety checks

This information is transmitted to provide the AI feature you requested and to help prevent unsafe or prohibited uses.

According to OpenAI’s current API data controls, data sent through the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the API customer explicitly opts in. OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring logs containing prompts, outputs, or related metadata for up to 30 days by default, unless longer retention is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect its services or third parties. OpenAI’s practices are governed by its applicable terms, policies, and data controls, which may change over time.

Do not submit sensitive personal information or third-party material that you are not authorized to provide through an AI feature.

AI-generated content may not be unique, may resemble existing material, may contain errors, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for reviewing generated material before publishing, minting, transferring, or otherwise using it.

  1. CAMERA AND PHOTO SELECTION

StandardMint may request camera access when you choose to scan a supported QR code for a verification or transfer feature.

Camera access is requested only when required for the feature you choose to use and remains subject to your device-permission settings.

When you select artwork, a profile image, or an AI reference image, StandardMint processes the image you select for the requested feature.

Where supported, StandardMint uses Apple’s system photo picker so you can select specific images without granting unrestricted access to your entire photo library.

  1. PUBLIC INFORMATION AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Some StandardMint features allow you to make information visible to other users, including:

• Collector profile information
• Profile images
• Public digital coins
• Public collections
• Coin creator information
• Coin names and descriptions
• Supported ownership and serial-number information

Information you intentionally designate as public may be viewed by other StandardMint users.

Do not publish personal, confidential, or sensitive information that you do not want other people to see. Review available privacy and visibility controls before publishing content.

StandardMint may remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates applicable law, our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, intellectual-property rights, or safety requirements.

  1. REPORTS, BLOCKS, AND COMMUNITY SAFETY

StandardMint provides features that allow users to report coins, profiles, or other supported content and to block other users.

When you submit a report, we may collect:

• Your account identifier
• The reported user or content identifier
• The report category
• Details you provide
• Relevant timestamps
• Moderation status and actions

Reports are used to investigate potential violations, protect users, enforce platform rules, and maintain the integrity of the Service.

When you block another user, StandardMint records the blocked-user relationship so the block can be enforced. The blocked user is not provided with the private reason for the block.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use service providers to help operate StandardMint.

Apple

Apple services may be used for:

• App distribution
• Sign in with Apple
• In-App Purchases
• Transaction verification
• System camera access
• System photo selection
• Other iOS platform functionality

Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services may provide infrastructure used for:

• Hosting
• Database services
• File and image storage
• Networking
• Security
• Service availability and infrastructure

OpenAI

OpenAI services may be used for:

• AI-assisted artwork generation
• Processing prompts and reference images when you initiate an AI feature
• Content-safety processing associated with AI features

Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us, comply with law, protect their systems, or perform other authorized purposes under their applicable agreements and policies.

We do not authorize service providers to use StandardMint user information for unrelated advertising or cross-app tracking on our behalf.

  1. SALE, ADVERTISING, AND CROSS-APP TRACKING

Global Analytic Solutions LLC does not sell personal information collected through StandardMint.

StandardMint does not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

StandardMint does not combine information collected through the app with third-party information for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.

StandardMint does not share user information with data brokers.

StandardMint does not use Apple’s advertising identifier to conduct cross-app advertising tracking.

  1. INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE

Do not upload, publish, generate, transfer, or otherwise use another person’s name, photograph, likeness, identity, personal information, trademark, copyrighted material, or other protected information unless you have the legal right or authorization to do so.

You are responsible for the content you submit to StandardMint.

  1. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we may process information:

• To perform a contract with you and provide the Service
• With your consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect vital interests
• For legitimate interests such as securing the Service, preventing fraud, enforcing platform rules, maintaining reliable records, improving operational integrity, and protecting users
• As otherwise permitted by applicable law

You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn and may prevent features requiring the applicable information from operating.

  1. DATA RETENTION

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and for legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, legal, and recordkeeping needs.

Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.

Account and profile information may generally be retained while your account remains active.

User content may be retained while it remains associated with an active account, coin, collection, ownership record, report, or other supported feature.

Digital coin identifiers, edition sizes, serial numbers, creator records, ownership history, transfer history, transaction records, authenticity records, and fraud-prevention records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to:

• Preserve the integrity of serialized digital coins
• Prevent duplication or fraud
• Resolve ownership or transfer disputes
• Maintain accurate transaction history
• Enforce legal rights
• Comply with legal obligations

Security, request, and diagnostic records may be retained for a reasonable period needed to detect abuse, investigate incidents, protect accounts, and maintain service reliability.

Support, moderation, privacy, and legal communications may be retained where reasonably necessary to document and resolve the matter.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.

  1. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Registered users may initiate account deletion within StandardMint through:

Profile → Delete Account

When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account where reasonably appropriate.

Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary to:

• Prevent fraud
• Protect service integrity
• Maintain valid digital-coin serial and ownership history
• Preserve transfer and transaction records
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce legal rights
• Document moderation or security incidents
• Comply with applicable law

Where reasonably possible, retained historical records will be disconnected from information that directly identifies the deleted user.

Deleting an account may permanently remove access to digital coins, unused AI credits, saved designs, profile information, and other account-dependent functionality. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Users should manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through their Apple Account subscription settings.

  1. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

• Request access to certain personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Request a portable copy of certain information
• Request restriction of certain processing
• Object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
• Obtain information about how personal information is used
• Appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request where applicable
• Not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights

You may exercise certain choices directly through StandardMint or iOS Settings.

You may:

• Delete your StandardMint account through Profile → Delete Account
• Manage camera and photo permissions through iOS Settings
• Change supported profile or content-visibility settings within StandardMint
• Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple Account settings
• Contact us at info@globalanalyticsolutions.com regarding a privacy request

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.

  1. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.

These safeguards may include access controls, authentication protections, encrypted network communications, infrastructure security measures, and restricted administrative access.

No electronic system, network, database, storage service, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, Apple Accounts, and StandardMint access credentials.

  1. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Global Analytic Solutions LLC and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Those locations may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to handle cross-border processing in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

StandardMint is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child provided information improperly may contact us at info@globalanalyticsolutions.com.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as StandardMint changes or as legal, technical, operational, or regulatory requirements evolve.

When we make changes, we will publish the updated Privacy Policy and revise the effective date.

Where required, material changes may also be communicated through StandardMint or another appropriate method.
